Colorado Rehabilitation Outcomes Systems (CROS)
Colorado Rehabilitation and Occupational Medicine (CROM) emphasizes our commitment to quality improvement and clinical excellence through the utilization of patient and referral satisfaction surveys, as well as functional outcome measures.
Satisfaction Surveys
Satisfaction surveys provide critical information that allows us to determine whether or not we are meeting the needs of our patients and those who refer to our practice. Specific areas that we analyze include convenience and cleanliness of our facilities, competency and friendliness of our physicians, and professionalism of our staff. The responses we receive allow us to consistently strive to offer both superior medical services and outstanding customer service. Click here to view the results of our patient satisfaction surveys. Functional Outcome Measures A fundamental goal of CROM is to optimize our patients’ quality of life by improving functional abilities. To accomplish this, our physicians utilize scientific outcome scoring systems that allow us to objectively measure functional status. Patients are scored at every visit, ensuring that functional gains will be accurately assessed. Reports are then generated to graphically illustrate how the patient is progressing functionally through treatment for a specific musculoskeletal injury. Maximum functional benefit is easily determined when a patient’s outcome scores plateau, making clinical and administrative management of care an efficient and cost-effective process.
